1. Drink Water

Water is essential to keep our body hydrated. If our body is hydrated then our skin also glow. So, drink daily 2 to 3-liter water. It is not only important for our skin but also prevents us from lots of diseases like Kidney stones etc.

According to doctors, drinking warm water is more beneficial for our health than cold water. So avoid drinking ice cold water.

2. Eat Salad

Vegetables also help in making skin glow and keeping it fresh. Eat salad daily, this will not only improve our skin color but also helps in losing weight. Eat tomatoes also as they help a lot in giving skin a shiny look.

3. Eat Fruits

It does not matter which fruit you eat, the thing which matters is that you eat fruits daily to keep your skin fresh and beautiful. Because fruits and vegetables have lots of vitamins which skin needs to glow. Try to avoid intake of vitamin tablets and increase the use of fruits.
