It does not matter if you are a man or women you must take proper sleep for better health. According to medical experts, one must take 6-8 hours of sleep daily.

If you take a sleep of 5 hours or less regularly you’ll speed up your aging process and are at high risk of being attacked by microbial.

2. Stop Smoking

We have heard and watched millions of times that smoking is injurious to health but here I am going to tell you, HOW?

Following are some of the effects of smoking on the body:

  • Poor Vision
  • Unhealthy Teeth (Yellow or brown stains)
  • Cough
  • Lung Cancer (smoking is the biggest cause of it)
  • Bronchitis
